Daredevil vs. X-Men: Superhero Scuffle

Round 1: FEARLESS FIGHTERS
DAREDEVIL: Matt Murdock lost his sight to a Good Samaritan act. He realizes his other senses have increased and becomes a lawyer. Suffering with the murder of his father, Matt defends the innocent by day and fights against crime by night as the Man Without Fear — Daredevil!
X-MEN: Professor X created a school for teenage mutants to train responsibly in a safe environment. The X-Men are a group of mutants working together to protect mankind against other freaks who choose to take advantage of their gifts.

"Justice is blind. So is he." Daredevil gets off to a good start.

Round 2: VILLAIN VENTURE
DAREDEVIL: Bullseye occupies the role as one of the world's deadliest assassins and was hired by Kingpin to kill Matt Murdock. Elektra replaced Bullseye after his many defeats. However, when she was killed Kingpin refused to rehire him unless he first destroyed Daredevil.
X-MEN: Not all mutants are good. A Master of Magnetism, Magneto is possibly the most powerful man on Earth and battles to ensure mutantkind conquers all. He survived the Holocaust and promotes the betterment of mutant evolution even if it means the downfall of humanity.

Magneto is not a man to mess with and he ties the game for X-Men!

Round 3: FATAL ATTRACTION
DAREDEVIL: Unlike Daredevil, Elektra doesn't possess any superhuman powers, but is trained in numerous martial arts. Daredevil's weapon is concealed as a blind man's cane, except it's really his lethal billy club.
X-MEN: The X-Men are extremely skilled with their powers. Wolverine hides retractable claws, Storm can control the weather and Cyclops even has the ability to shoot optic blasts through his eyes.

"First, they were fighting for acceptance. Now, they're battling for survival." X-Men brings their score up a notch…

Round 4: CRAFTED COMICS
DAREDEVIL: DD could be first spotted in "Daredevil (Vol. 1) #1" in 1964. At the time of its release, Daredevil was an inexpensive solution for comic book readers everywhere.
X-MEN: The X-Men began to creep into the spotlight with "X-Men (Vol. 1) #1" in 1963. The popular mutant plots and detailed illustrations sparked 10 comic series including "Ultimate X-Men" and "Wolverine".

X-Men exhibits some of the earliest Marvel magic at work. Wolverine slashes Daredevil and scores!

Round 5: MOVIE MANIA
DAREDEVIL: Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are just two of the famous faces you'll recognize as the blind Daredevil and deadly Elektra. The film dives deeper into the budding romance between the two, while she attempts to kill Matt Murdock's alter ego.
X-MEN: X-Men was first released in 2000 starring Hugh Jackman (Wolverine), Patrick Stewart (Professor X), Ian McKellen (Magneto), and Halle Berry (Storm). The brewing war between humans and mutants was the perfect introduction to its sequel X-Men 2 which hits theatres May 2nd.

It's no surprise that the mutants stole this point. "In this world wide conspiracy the only thing you can count on… Is the X factor."

ROUND UP: Magneto used his powers to strengthen his attraction to victory and The Man Without Fear was too afraid to compete. The X-Men set the stage for Marvel's movie craze and allows the fans to experience a true transformation from storyboard to screen.
