Hmm. Wonder what the inspiration for this was. Hogwarts, you say? Well, you would be wrong. WIZARDS OF WAVERLY PLACE is actually more like the golden age TV show I DREAM OF GENIE, than it is Dumbledore-y. Selena Gomez is outstanding as the wizard-in-training Alex and we hope to see more from her in the not-so-distant future. 4/5
