Tell Me Why

BY: ERIC WALTERS

“Why do you think that people treat each other the way that they do? What, if anything, do you think one kid can do to make a difference?” These questions, asked by students composing a letter from ‘Jo’, a fictitious 13-year-old, were sent to 25 influential people including Robert Munsch, Rick Hansen and Marc Garneau. Their answers are showcased in Part One. Part Two profiles five young people who have already started to make a difference. An inspirational read! –AM (DOUBLEDAY CANADA) – 4.5/5
