With the iPhone in its fourth generation it should come as no surprise that the iPad would get another upgrade, too. Plus, these days you can’t swing a dead cat without hitting an upgraded piece of technology (remember when the iPod looked like this?).
Today, at the new iPad launch, Apple revealed that the new tablet will hit stores on April 16Th and it will come equipped with Siri. For those of you who don’t know, Siri is a voice control app for iPhones that basically acts as your secretary. It will also have the same camera as the latest iPhone, video recording, an upgraded display layout and ten hour battery life.
Overall, there’s nothing particularly revolutionary or exciting about the new iPad 3. Though, if you don’t have a tablet and want to get one, you might as well get one that won’t run out of batteries halfway through Angry Birds!
