No, it’s not the title of an AVENGERS sequel (though how cool would that be?), but the Avenger superheroes are going up to outer space, in a manner of speaking.

The International Space Station is getting a private screening of the film because the astronauts who are in space haven’t had the chance to see it yet.

How are they going to see a movie when they’re 220 miles away from the Earth? The movie will be sent up into space from NASA’s Houston Mission Control. Just because the crew hasn’t been on the planet for months doesn’t mean they should have to fall behind on the year’s greatest flicks!

We think that THE AVENGERS is a great pick for the astronauts. The action packed movie will be a great distraction from all the stars and black matter they have to look at all the time.
