Oh yeah, and zombies creep me out (although not as bad as.. ya know).

I know most people think that the "newer" zombies, that can run aren't scary, but to me, a zombie is a zombie and if they can run, then they're just going to get you all the sooner. So fast or slow, fighting a shark or not, zombies creep me out.

^ yup, Pennywise the clown

As everyone knows by now, I HATE clowns and yeah, I don't like Pennywise either.

There's also the clowns from Killer Klowns From Outer Space (which, yeah, are pretty lame, but at the same time, as my clown-o-phobia grows, even they become a little more unnerving with each viewing.

And then there's Clownhouse, which I must admit, seriously freaked me out.

There was that movie Slashers which had three main villains that were hunting down contestants on a "reality show" and even though none of them was a clown, there was some footage at the beginning of the film that showed that a clown was one of the other bad guys, they just didn't use him really in the movie (thank you!).

Then there were the zombie clowns in Day of the Dead and Land of the Dead, although they were blink and you miss 'em.

There was that clown on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Even Bill Murray as a clown in Quick Change was creepy.

I am going to have the worst of the worst nightmares tonight sad.gif

you have read my mind

Screamgal does that! tongue.gif

Quick flowchart of clowns:

Birthday clowns, sad. Circus clowns are strange. Ones that are just around, they're creepy.

Now, if any of them get injured, it's hilarious.

But I digress. One big one was the Slime Monster in Ghostwriter. That scared the CRAP out of me when I was a kid.

Then there was "The Monster at the End of This Book" as told by Grover. Every time I read it I was always terrified because Grover built up the monster at the end of this book by blocking you with walls and tape and rope and everything, then you got to the end and it turns out GROVER was the monster. Ahaha. But for some dumb reason every time I read it I got TERRIFIED at the thought of a monster attacking by the time you finished the book.

Then the most recent example; SAMARA FROM THE RING AAAH.

She's watching you... blink.gif

I loved Daveigh Chase as "Samara" though.

This isn't all that scary, but its funny in a demented kinda way...

I'd be scared if I was that kid though...

So many unnecessary clowns in this thread. I do not enjoy clowns at all. Mostly I hate all things that are even remotely scary, so I don't do well with most of the villains mentioned in this thread.

I wonder why we are all afraid of clowns! I mean, they are just regular people with make up and 4 dozen of them come out of a very small car! Actually that is a little creepy. ohmy.gif
