I saw the trailer to this during the Watchmen I think. Maybe another movie... Anyway, it looks really good.

Early man walked away as modern man took control,
their minds weren't all the same and to conquer was their goal,
So he built his great empire, and he slaughtered his own kind,
He died a confused man and he killed himself with his own mind.

Looks like it's going to be one of 2009's best movies.

I've read about John Dillinger in true crime books over the years. pretty interesting stuff. and Johnny Depp should automatically = awesome.

I'm not so sure I like the idea of Channing Tatum playing Pretty Boy Floyd.

I'm not sure who to root for in this movie, John Dillinger or Melvin Purvis. John Dillinger dresses pretty bad ass so it'll probably be him.

I saw it today, it was pretty good but nothing incredible. The performances and cinematography were really good, but the movie didn't really blow me away, and it was way too long.
